We hired SHS & Improvements company to redo the siding on our home, replace the soffits and fascia, paint, update our outdoor lights, build a fence, do some electrical wiring, and install new gutters. I HIGHLY recommend Erick and his crew for any job you need done. They were on time every single day, communicated with us regularly, they were fair in their pricing, they were HONEST (which is hard to find these days), they cleaned up after themselves each day (no debris left behind at all), the crew were always friendly, and most importantly, their craftmanship was superb. I LOVE the way our house looks. Their attention to every small detail exceeded our expectations in every aspect. I will always use this company for any future projects without any hesitation at all.

We could not be happier with the beautiful work done by S&H Improvements! We had an aging Gazebo attached to our deck with a broken hot tub. Erick and his crew came in and removed the hot tub; remodeled the flooring and screened the gazebo. We now have a fabulous new living space that we will enjoy for years to come.
Erick was extremely professional from start to finish. His crew always showed up on time and were polite and wonderful to work with. The project came in perfectly on budget and on time. I'm already thinking of new home projects we would love for SHS & Improvements to do for us!

It was a pleasure working with Erick & his team. Erick did a great job working with us to achieve a more modernized/retro look to our home. We wanted to paint our house black to get a mid-century modern feel and he gave great style tips to achieve that look. He also helped build a deck off the back of our home that we desperately needed as we had a sliding door off the master that led to nowhere! He emphasized using quality products to achieve our desired look and made sure to keep us informed at every step. His crew was always on time, very efficient (the whole project took ~1.5 weeks) and cleaned up after themselves. Really couldn't recommend them more if you're looking to give your house more curb appeal. 10/10 would use SHS & Improvements again.
